I would like to take a moment to say to you that you will be in my prayers and thoughts.
You are a remarkable person, and you are much braver than i could ever be.Last year i suffered immense pain when i had a slipped disc, it was almost 2 years before it was removed and the pain was really bad.
I looked to Bon Jovi and their music as a source of inspiration, as their songs are filled with hope and positivity.
I am now recovered and was able to queue up overnight in Hyde Park London, and got myself on the front row for an amazing gig for 92 000 people." years ago that wasn't possible as i was confined to my bed as the pain of the pressure on my sciatic nerve was unbearable, i didn't sleep or eat and at times i wondered if i would ever get better.
As the great boys from Jersey tell us, we must "Keep the faith" and that is what i do.
I send you my love and friendship all the way from London England, and i wish you comfort.
I am not good at writing the things i want to say, but i hope that by reading this you will realise how much your Bon Jovi family cares about you.
Take care and remember to always keep the faith.

Hi Debbie,
I don't know you personally god i wish i did you sound like an amazing person.
I am in a wheelchair myself afflicted with CP and have faced some of the same struggles you have faced. I gotta honestly tell you that today i was having a hard day, and i came on my computer and read your story.
Debbie today you INSPIRED ME TO BE A BETTER ME!!! I said to myself God look at her she's facing her problems with so much grace and with a smile on her face to boot. So if you ever get down and wonder if there was ever a silver lining to this illness you remember me and the 1000's of other you are touching and inspiring everyday.
Good luck on your luck on your GMA spot. Smile pretty for the camera, ( Although you're already an old pro at the tv thing) and do us Bon Jovi fans proud.

Debi, I just wanted to let you know that I think you are an angel. An angel to inspire us to keep going especilly when things are tough....NO MATTER WHAT! YOu are an inspiration to me. I had an aunt pass away last year. She had Lupus. She had it for many years. Lasy year, she entered the hospital on Jan. 25 for an operation on her thyroid gland. She never left the hospital. She was there for three months until the day she died. Over the years, I saw a perfectly healthy, vibrant woman turn into a prisoner in her own body. During the three-month hospital stay..she would get well....and they would plan for her discharge only to have something go wrong. Everytim I look at my aunts picture or think of her....I am ALWAYS remindedof how strong she was. I can see that in you. Well, I have taken up too much of your time. I just wanted to share this story with you and oyur family. I have been there where they are at right now and my prayers are with you all. Take Care and may God Bless You! -Jessica G.

I would like to thank all the people who have posted to Debi's web site. The prayers and angels surrounding Deb can only help speed her recovery from the frustration and pains she is probably feeling. One day Peggy (her MOM) and I will hear her voice again and we can thank the wonderful people in this world who do not know Debi but have shown that they do care by sending prayers, good thoughts and words of hope and encouragement to her and her family. I know that her sisters Sheila and Sandi and my wife and I can only thank you in this small way and we will keep Debi smiling every chance we get.
