Casa Colina Hospital - Rehab. Dept.
Comments:
Hi Debi. You're looking stronger on a daily basis. I'm glad that you are able to be patient with the process of being a patient and also with you-know-who (initials are Nick). I met your children. They're strong like you. You've succeeded in transfering some of your strength to them so that they can manage the difficult times as well as the fun times. Nick is great too, but don't tell him. He is with you daily like no other husband that I have met. Nick is also patriotic because he says that I should visit the White House. Isn't that something? Must be the Sept.11th thing.
I'll look out for you in the hallways and gym at the hospital. Don't forget to say hi. Ben

Dear Debbie,
Suzan has told me your story and I'm so glad that you are getting better. She played me the song that was written for you and it is so beautiful that I felt it in my heart. I pray for you like so many people in the world are doing and look forward to the day you will be at home with your family full time. I know that time will come. God bless you and your loving family. Genesis 39:21 - But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him steadfast love, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
Even when people or things hold us captive, we can look to the LORD Jesus Christ to show his love to and through our lives. Debi, Jesus loves you, whatever happens from this moment to the end of time does not matter, in the true end of ages, The Ancient of Days (Jesus Christ) love will be with us, and all we need and desire!
GOD bless you and your family!

Nick contact me regarding Cyberlink
Comments:
Debi,
Nick e-mailed me, I could feel the love and concern he had for you. This will carry further than any drug will ever. Nick please take care of yourself, this is as well of great importance.
I understand you like Bon Jovi, he's my favorite as well. I use music all the time to express myself. My two favorites are...It's my life" from-you know who and "I won't back down" from Tom Petty. Oh, when my mother-in-law ticks me off I play "Dirty Deeds" from AC/DC for her.
I wish you the best and applaud your family.
No can one take away your strength, courage or dignity unless you let them.
Best wishes.

Hi Debi,
I think about you and your two fine children so often. I really enjoyed getting to know you over the two years that you helped out in the classroom. A more caring and giving person would be difficult to find! Diane keeps me updated about your progress and I know that you will continue to improve every day! Hugs to you and Kristina, and I hope that John continues to watch out for his little sister like he did when she was six! Love, Linda

Comments:
Debi I pray for your recovery and hope you and your family will once again live, laugh, and dance with joy. I've been reading your story and want to say hello in person sometime. I last saw you at your house in Victorville. I think it was in the 1980's. I was a teenager at the time, then later @ Sheila's college graduation. I saw the picture of you and your kids and am amazed by how much they have grown. You all look great. God Bless you Debi.
Sincerely Marlene Perez and Family

Thru Nick, whom I met in the waiting room at Kaiser, Sunset when I was there with a friend for several months..
Comments:
Debi, I believe you can conquer this horrid illness which you are going thru. It is only temporary. You have suffered greatly, but are so very lucky to have a very devoted and loving husband. Your children are wonderful and I enjoyed them very much - they nicknamed my friend and I The Golden Girls, which really made us laugh. With your family and your loving parents and sisters, I hope to be able to celebrate with you when you are back on your feet and able to dance to Bon Jovi.

I bought two dogs from Tiffany from the "J" litter and when I would go over to her house I would see a dog who she said someone insisted on her naming Jovi. I never knew who it was till I heard your story. I want you to know I am praying for you and if you or anyone ever needs anything to please contact me!!!

We met at Bunco and have been friends ever since. We also worked in the cafeteria together.
Comments:
Debi,
Please forgive me for not posting sooner, but as you know I'm approaching "50" (can you believe that!!) and I must blame it all on a "Senior Moment" Diane, Janet and Janelle can atest to that.
I keep bragging that soon I will get to order off the "Senior Menu" and get my lunch cheaper!!!
We have had so many fun times together and we will have many more, We laughed so hard that tears ran down our faces. We were always acting silly and had a great time doing it.
Debi, you are a strong person, I see it every time I visit you. I know you are listening to me, I can see it in your eyes. Thank you for that little smile on our last visit. Keep up the good work.
I know our prayers will be answered but it will take "One Step At a Time" and soon you will be "One Step Closer" to us.
Thanks for being such a wonderful friend, I miss you so much!!!
Sending you and your wonderful family all my love and prayers everyday and night.
Love, Carol

Her sister Sandi and I are best friends
Comments:
I LOVE YOU, DEBI! I remember all our great times together. In junior high, Sandi and I used to go into Debi's room almost everyday after school and raid her album cabinet! She had the best albums; Kiss, Angel, and even that wierd album, Klaatu. I remember going to the movies in Debi's brown Nova, and I was totally in love with her white convertible Bug!!! Debi, I wonder how your visit went with Padre Pio? I'm sure he was there and it's only a matter of time before you will be well. I'll be visiting you again, soon. I think of you all the time. I love my Huggins family!
